Ingredients
  • 1 PACKAGE OF ITALIAN DRESSING
  • 1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF VINEGAR
  • 2 POUNDS OF SHRIMP, PEELED & DEVEINED
  • 5 CUPS OF FRESH VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE
  • (ZUCCHINI, RED PEPPERS, RED ONIONS, YELLOW SQUASH, CHERRY TOMATOES)
Instructions
  1. MIX OLIVE OIL, VINEGAR,WATER AND ITALIAN DRESSING IN A ZIP LOCK BAG. REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINUTES. IF USING WOODEN SKEWERS SOAK IN COLD WATER FOR 30 MINUTES IN ADVANCE. ALTERNATELY THREAD SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES ONTO SKEWERS. GRILL OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 6 TO 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL SHRIMP TURNS PINK. BASTE WITH RESERVED MARINADE.
