Crab Cakes

Ingredients
  • 1 (12oz. )can of Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoons cracker crumbs
  • dash of salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. Mix crabmeat, mayonnnaise, eggwhite and cracker crumbs together. Form small patties and refrigerate till ready to cook.
  2. Bake in oven 350 degree for 20 minutes
  3. Fry in skillet: Put butter or oil in frying pan. Cook each side for 3/5 minutes untill golden brown.
  4. Enjoy!
