Mini Carrot Cake Bomb

 

Moist dense carrot cake with a cream cheese filling fully enrobed in a white ganache coating.

Ingredients:
sugar, soy bean oil, trans free shortening (palm oil, vegetable mono-diglycerides, polysorbate 60), cream cheese (pasteurized cultured milk and cream, whey [derived from milk], salt, stabilizers [xanthan gum and/or carob bean gum and/or tara gum and/or guar gum]), chocolate (sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil and hydrogenated palm oil, non-fat dry milk, whole milk, glycerol-lacto esters of fatty acids [with citric acid to help protect flavor], soya lecithin [an emulsifier], vanillin [an artificial flavor]), carrots, flour (wheat flour bleached, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butternut crunch (sugar, rolled oats, corn syrup, wheat flour, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil [cottonseed and/or soybean], modified food starch [corn and/or wheat], salt, artificial flavor, caramel color, yellow #5, yellow #6), whole eggs, evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate and carrageenan [stabilizers], vitamin D), milk powder, pineapple filling (pineapple, corn syrup, water, modified food starch, citric acid, salt, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate [added as preservatives], yellow #5, sulfites), walnuts, raisins, vanilla (ethyl alcohol, propylene glycol), cinnamon, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), butter, FD&C color (blue #1).

 

CONTAINS: WALNUTS, WHEAT, MILK, SOY, AND EGGS.
Manufactured on equipment that also processes tree nuts and peanuts.
Handling Instructions:
For maximum quality, we recommend that all products should be kept frozen until ready for use. Remove any protective plastic wrap prior to defrosting. Thaw overnight in a refrigerator. Best slicing semi-frozen or chilled. Keep unused portions wrapped and refrigerated.
