Lobster Mashed Potatoes

8 Large Russet Potatoes

2 Quarts of Rockport Lobster Bisque (heat while cooking potatoes)

Serves 8-12  people

Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes or smaller.  Boil 6 qts of water in a large pot. Make sure the water covers the potatoes.  Boil the potatoes for 35 minutes until the potatoes are tender.  Check tenderness with a fork.  After potatoes are cooked, strain water out of pot.  Mash the potatoes with a potato masher  to your likeness. Slowly pour in the Rockport  Lobster Bisque  into the mashed potatoes.  Stir until your desire consistency.

May freeze remaining potatoes for another night.  Enjoy
