Cooked Fish Cakes

These traditional fish cakes are a New England comfort food staple, and you’ll find out why when you try them! Made the classic way with flaky cod filets, potatoes, onions, chives and a special spice blend. We use panko bread crumbs to give our fish cakes a delicate, yet crispy, crust. Each cake is approximately 3 ounces.

INGREDIENTS: POTATOES, COD, PANKO BREAD CRUMBS (UNBLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, YEAST, SEA SALT), SALT COD (COD, SALT) EGGS (WHOLE EGGS, CITRIC ACID), FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), ONION, CHIVES, WATER, SPICES, WHITE PEPPER, GARLIC.

CONTAINS: FISH, WHEAT, EGG.

Cooking Instructions: Thaw under refrigeration. Preheat conventional oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat baking sheet with nonstick spray or line with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
